At Turban Couture, the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Because all of our products are headwear, they come into direct contact with the scalp. Some customers have scalp sensitivities or medical conditions, including alopecia, and to protect their trust and well-being, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

No return shipping labels will be provided under any circumstances.

Turban Couture covers all shipping and customs fees for international orders.

We ship from Canada, and express international shipping to locations such as Australia incurs higher costs, which are fully paid by us.
